How many Surahs are in the last Para (Juz) of the Holy Quran?

The last Para, or 30th Juz, of the Holy Quran is unique because it contains the shortest chapters (Surahs) and is frequently memorized and recited by Muslims worldwide. This Para begins with Surah An-Naba (78) and ends with Surah An-Nas (114). In total, there are 37 Surahs in this final Juz. These Surahs are often collectively called “Juz Amma” after the first word of Surah An-Naba.
