Hazrat Mekael (AS) has a special role among the angels of Allah.

He is responsible for making rain fall and spreading food and blessings on Earth. Allah gives him the duty of providing the needs of living beings. This includes water for plants, food for animals, and blessings for people.

He never disobeys Allah and works only by His command. Muslims believe that he helps in keeping the balance of nature. Without rain, crops won’t grow, and people will suffer. So, Hazrat Mekael (AS) plays an important part in life on Earth.

Other angels have different jobs. For example, Hazrat Jibraeel (AS) brings Allah’s messages to prophets. Hazrat Izraeel (AS) takes souls, and Hazrat Israfeel (AS) will blow the trumpet on the Day of Judgment.

Belief in angels like Hazrat Mekael (AS) is part of the core faith in Islam. It reminds us of Allah’s mercy and His perfect system in nature.
