How many disbelievers (Kuffar) were killed in the Battle of Badr?

In the historic Battle of Badr, a total of 70 disbelievers (Kuffar) were killed. This battle, which took place in the second year after Hijrah (624 CE), is remembered as the first major military confrontation between the early Muslim community of Madinah and the powerful Quraysh of Makkah. Despite the Muslims numbering only 313 and having limited equipment, their unwavering faith, unity, and trust in Allah led them to a remarkable victory. The Quraysh, on the other hand, fielded a much larger and better-equipped force of around 1,000 fighters.

The death of 70 prominent leaders and warriors from the Quraysh had a significant impact on the political and military landscape of Arabia. Many of the individuals who were killed were among the fiercest opponents of Islam, including key figures who had persecuted the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and his followers for years.
