Who was the first Katib-e-Wahi (scribe of divine revelation)?

Hazrat Ali ibn Abi Talib (RA), the cousin and son-in-law of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, holds the distinguished title of being the first Katib-e-Wahi, meaning the first scribe of divine revelation.
