Despite the harsh treatment, the Prophet (PBUH) did not retaliate. His patience and mercy during this event are seen as profound examples of Prophetic character. Upon returning, he stopped at the orchard of Utbah and Shaybah (two sons of Rabi'ah), where a Christian servant named Addas offered him grapes. The Prophet’s brief conversation with Addas led the servant to accept Islam—showing that even in hardship, the Prophet’s mission continued with divine wisdom.
