The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) was founded on 25th May 1981 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It was established by six Gulf countries: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain.
