Who has overall control of the Enforcement Squad?

Under the PERA Force Laws, the Authority holds the overall control of the Enforcement Squad. The law clearly specifies that while the Enforcement Squad performs its duties in various subdivisions, its ultimate direction, management, and supervision lie with the Authority itself—not with the Board, Hearing Officers, or local administrators.
