Who frames or amends regulations under the Act?

According to the PERA Force Laws, the responsibility to frame or amend regulations under the Act lies with the Authority itself. This provision ensures that the Authority can establish, update, or refine rules governing enforcement, operations, and compliance in accordance with the law. While the Board may advise or the Government may oversee, the actual legal power to create or modify regulations rests solely with the Authority. This ensures direct accountability, legal compliance, and operational flexibility in implementing the Act.
