What does the annual report contain?

According to the PERA Force Laws, the Authority’s annual report contains detailed information on audits and activities carried out during the financial year. This includes the audited accounts, financial performance, operational achievements, enforcement activities, and compliance with statutory requirements. Including both audits and activities ensures transparency, accountability, and a comprehensive overview of the Authority’s performance. Other options, such as just the budget, new laws, or transfers, do not fully capture the statutory requirements of the annual report. By presenting audits and activities, the annual report provides the Government and Assembly with the necessary information to review the Authority’s effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that the Authority operates in accordance with the PERA Force Laws.
