Tawaf Al-Qudum, also known as the arrival Tawaf, is a Sunnah act of Hajj. It is performed by pilgrims when they first enter Makkah as a way to greet the Ka‘bah. While it is highly recommended and carries spiritual reward, it is not obligatory like Farz or Wajib acts. Missing it does not invalidate Hajj, but performing it reflects following the Prophet Muhammad’s (S.A.W) Sunnah.
