Islam provides guidance about every aspect of life, including which places are spiritually valued. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us in authentic Ahadith that the most beloved places to Allah are the mosques (Masajid). This narration is reported in Sahih Muslim, where the Prophet ﷺ said: “The most beloved places to Allah are the mosques, and the most hated places are the markets.”

The reason behind this preference is clear. A mosque is the house of Allah, a place where Muslims gather to pray, remember Allah, study the Qur’an, and engage in righteous activities.
