After Prophet Muhammad (SAW) received the first revelation in the cave of Hira through Angel Jibreel (Gabriel, A.S.), he returned home in a state of awe and fear. His wife, Hazrat Khadijah (RA), immediately comforted him, reassured him, and without hesitation declared her belief in the message he conveyed. She thus became the first person to accept Islam.

This moment is highly significant in Islamic history because Hazrat Khadijah (RA) stood firmly by the Prophet (SAW) during the most difficult and uncertain early years of Prophethood. Her early acceptance of Islam and her continuous sacrifices earned her the title of “Umm al-Mu’minin” (Mother of the Believers). Prophet Muhammad (SAW) always remembered her with deep love and respect, even after her passing. He once said that she believed in him when people rejected him and supported him when others abandoned him.
