Al-Muwatta, compiled by the renowned Islamic scholar Imam Malik ibn Anas, is one of the earliest and most authentic collections of Hadith and Islamic jurisprudence. This book is considered a foundational source for Islamic Fiqh, particularly in the Maliki school of thought, and has been preserved and transmitted through several chains, with the version of Yahya al-Laythi being the most widely circulated.
